The demonstrations witnessed by Iraq are a reflection of the deteriorated services and the difficult life of a huge class of the Iraqi society. The citizen demonstrates in the middle and southern areas due to the bad services, rather than for illegal privileges. In addition, the demonstration of the citizens who jeopardize their life with the high temperatures is the best evidence of the acute shortage of their basic needs.

Demonstrations once again, Will they be of different results? Will their end be different from the previous demonstrations? Will they fade gradually? Everybody analyzes the reasons and results of the demonstrations happening in the Iraqi cities according to intellectual rules, and according to what works for them in the scene. Some attribute them to agents of neighboring states; others attribute them to the remnants of the former regime.

The continuation of emphasis that the neutral state is the solution, as it is characterized with neutrality in its position towards religions and detrains. In other words, it does not impose a specific religion or a doctrine, preventing the religious communities to interfere in the political and administrative decision. Also, it does not prevent any faction inside the state from the special privileges based on their initial affiliations, and it does not impose a specific lifestyle on them.

Some people are raising the logo of nation building; however, those who really seek to build the nation do not look for personal gains, rather they establish the culture of (nation is above all), which is the characteristic of the loyal leaders. Those who have power must be humble, loving to others, reject the wrong and do not compromise the homeland and the rights of poor people, and they dedicate their power to defend the country and its people, and do not make it a scary obsession dominating the citizen’s mind.

The failures and scandals appearing in the Iraqi ministries became a usual phenomenon, as they pass without any corrective procedure, such as dismissing the minister and referring him to the investigation. This is due to the partisan quota of the Iraqi government’s ministries and because the government work remains within the frame of the minister’s dependence to his party rather than the government.

In addition, the social media has the negative effect on the crisis influence on the psychology of Iraqi audience. Also, some emphasized that the water crisis is a political one, and that it was planned since more than thirty years.

Upon the completion of the electoral process, we ask the question, will the Prime Minister position stay in the hands of Dawa party? Will the party propose its expected and unexpected alternatives? Alternatively, will we be in front of national alternatives out of the frames that we used to during the previous governments? Some believe that the entity who will gain the most important executive position in the government, represented in the Prime Minister, will keep it for the four next rounds at least.

The elections and the Grand Religious Authority’s guidance: The Grand Religious Authority’s view and its guidance to the audience towards the elections are addressed indirectly; however, we should read between the lines of both, as they do not seek to deprive the citizens of their freedom and right of choice, or whether to participate or not, but they guide towards the importance of participation without obligating the citizens to participate. The authority seeks to thwart those who are trying to manipulate the frustrated people, by making them vote, as voting is a legal responsibility.
