As part of its Ramadan program, Al-Rafidain Center for Dialogue (RCD) held a dialogue session at its Sérgio Vieira de Mello Hall featuring Mr. Mahmoud al-Tamimi, Head of the Federal Public Service Council. The session, titled "The Federal Public Service Council: Between Constitutional Powers and Political Bureaucracy," was moderated by media personality Mohammed al-Momen and attended by a large number of public affairs stakeholders.
